Cosmos Episode Publisher (코스모스 46년 검증)(이하 "본 도구")는 채널 소유자 본인이 제작한 영상을 본인의 유튜브 채널 (https://www.youtube.com/@Cosmo-1980)에 게시하고 그 메타데이터를 관리하기 위해 사용하는 개인용 자동화 도구입니다. 일반에 배포·판매되지 않으며 소유자 본인 외에는 이용자가 없습니다. 본 약관은 본 도구의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
본 도구는 소유자 본인의 컴퓨터에서 본인의 OAuth 자격증명으로만 실행됩니다. 제3자에게 계정을 제공하거나 본 도구를 제공·재배포·판매하지 않습니다. 이용자 대상 화면(UI)이나 가입 절차가 없습니다.
제3자의 영상·채널·이용자 데이터를 읽거나 수집하지 않으며, 유튜브 데이터를 외부 애플리케이션에 표시하지 않습니다.
본 도구는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 사용하는 기능은 다음과 같습니다.
videos.insert, videos.update, videos.list, thumbnails.set, playlistItems.list, channels.list
본 도구를 사용함으로써 이용자는 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하게 되며, 구글의 개인정보 처리에 관해서는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 접근 권한은 Google 계정 보안 설정에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
본 도구가 게시하는 영상과 화면 자료는 소유자가 직접 제작한 것입니다. 서적 인용은 비평·연구 목적의 짧은 인용이며 출처를 표시합니다. 본 도구 자체의 소스코드에 관한 권리는 소유자에게 있습니다.
본 도구는 개인이 자신의 채널을 운영하기 위해 만든 것으로, 어떠한 보증도 제공하지 않습니다("있는 그대로" 제공). 소유자 본인 외에 이용자가 없으므로 제3자에 대한 책임이 발생하지 않습니다.
소유자는 언제든지 본 도구의 사용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 또한 본 도구가 유튜브의 정책을 준수하지 않는 경우 Google이 API 접근을 정지하거나 해지할 수 있음을 이해합니다.
본 약관이 변경되면 이 페이지에 갱신일과 함께 게시합니다.

Cosmos Episode Publisher (코스모스 46년 검증) ("the Tool") is a personal automation tool used solely by the channel owner to publish their own videos to their own YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@Cosmo-1980) and to manage the metadata of those videos. It is not distributed, sold, or made available to any other person, and it has no user-facing interface or sign-up.
The Tool runs only on the owner's own computer under the owner's own OAuth credentials. Access is never provided to third parties, and the Tool is never redistributed or sold.
Uploading the owner's own finished videos; setting title, description, tags, language and category; applying thumbnails created by the owner; and reading back the owner's own uploads to verify metadata. The Tool does not read or collect data belonging to any other user or channel, and does not display YouTube data in any third-party application.
Uploading third-party copyrighted material; transferring or selling YouTube data; artificial inflation of views, subscriptions or comments; and any storage or caching of YouTube data not permitted by YouTube.
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. Methods used: videos.insert, videos.update, videos.list, thumbnails.set, playlistItems.list, channels.list.
By using the Tool you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service;
Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Access may be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page.
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
All published video and on-screen material is created by the owner. Book quotations are short critical excerpts with attribution. Rights in the Tool's own source code remain with the owner.
The Tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. As there are no users other than the owner, no obligations toward third parties arise.
The owner may stop using the Tool at any time. The owner understands that Google may suspend or terminate API access if the Tool fails to comply with YouTube's policies.
Any change to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.
